We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Manager of Talent and Development
at our offices in Plantation. This position is responsible for leading the performance and talent management work stream for the enterprise implementation of Oracle Cloud. This role will be responsible for configuring and creating appropriate job aids and training materials for the Oracle Cloud Talent Management modules, inclusive of goal setting, performance check-ins, feedback capture, development plans, talent reviews, and succession. The Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Talent and Development, will partner with other members of the Talent and Development Center of Expertise (COE), and will interact with peers and leadership at all levels of the organization as needed. Responsibilities Talent Development responsibilities
Serve as the work stream lead for the enterprise implementation of Oracle Cloud talent management modulesConfigure and test the system, and produce communications, job aids, and other training materials for the Oracle Cloud Talent Management modules, inclusive of goal setting, performance check-ins, feedback capture, development plans, talent reviews, and successionConsult with the Talent and Development leadership team, HR business partners, and other business representatives on process, terminology, and functionality configuration options within the scope of the talent management modulesProvide regular status updates to the talent and development COE, HR business partners, and others on work stream progress, issues/risks, open decisions, and configuration trade-offsLead the change management activities for the talent management work stream, including drafting communications, job aids, trainings, and other reference materialsOther duties as assigned General responsibilities

- Strong ability to lead self and others through complexity, ambiguity, and changePrior experience leading system configuration and change management for one or more system implementationsPrior experience implementing Workday or Oracle CloudFamiliarity with talent development best practices, including:
Performance goal settingPeer to peer feedbackPerformance check-ins and annual appraisalsProfessional and career development plansWorking knowledge of change management methodology, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and trainingExceptional attention to detail, including data validation, proofreading/copyediting, and quality review
Bachelor’s Degree from four-year College or University (Master’s Degree preferred)Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Capital consulting or equivalent internal role, with at least 2 years of relevant experience leading ERP/HRIS implementations, performance management systems administration, and/or technology adoption change management Computer Skills:
